COUNCIL RESOLUTION 80-290
APPROVING THE REALLOCATION OF $20,000 OF YEAR IV CDBG LAND WRITE-DOWN FUNDS TO
THE CITY'S YEAR V HOME IMPROVEMENT GRANT PROGRAM AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING
TO DETERMINE CITIZEN INPUT ON THIS ACTION
WHEREAS, there are only very limited funds remaining for Year V Home Improvement
Grant applicants; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth HRA and the Plymouth Housing Rehabilitation Committee wish
to continue funding eligible homeowners to make necessary home improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COtNICIL, that $20,000 of Year IV
CDBG Land Write -Down Funds be reallocated to the Year V Hoare Improvement Grant
Program and that Monday, May19 , 1980 be set as the public hearing to determine
citizen input on this action.
