Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-236
49TH AVE. STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVES?ENT
PROJECT 904
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
I. That in Item No. 4 of the Resolution the word "only" be inserted
in the second line after the word "that."
2. That a new Item No. 6 be added to the Resolution as follows:
Alternate No. 2 for the storm sewer improvement as outlined
in the report is approved.
