Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
28th day of April , 19 80 . The following members were
present: _ Mayor Hunt�LLacilmeUl�ers Daviport• Neils and Schneider
The following -members were absent Councilmember Hoyt
Qgug ci1mQmber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 286
AMENDING COUNTY ROAD 15 BIKEWAY (PROJECT 708) TO
INCLUDE SAFETY IMPROVEMENT AT COUNTY ROAD 15 AND PINEVIEW LANE
WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered that a bikeway be constructed along
County Road 15 from County Road 73 to I-494; and
WHEREAS, a safety improvment at the intersection of County Road 15 and Pineview
Lane; and
WHEREAS, the intersection improvement should be made in conjunction with the
bike lane project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the safety improvement at the intersection of County Road 15 and
Pineview Lane in accordance with the preliminary plans prepared by the Hennepin
County Department of Transportation be included as part of the County Road 15
Bikeway Project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereo or Hunt Councilmembers Davenport,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared 'duly passed and adopted.
