Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
28th day of April , 1980 . The following members were
present: mayor Hunt, Councii-m-effiFe—r—s-ga-venp-o—rT, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: ounce mem er Hoy
Ma or Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-285
HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 15 LAYOUT APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a pre-
liminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 188 renumbered
as Trunk Highway No. 55 within the corporate limits of the City of Plymouth, from
the intersection of CSAH 15 to Quaker Lane; and seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of
Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
Layout No. lA S.P. 2723-65 at CSAH 15 (Quaker Lane);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that said preliminary layouts for the improve-
ment of said Trunk Highway with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Location/Design Hearing is established for 7:30 p.m.
June 16, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule-
vard, Plymouth, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote beingg taken thereon, the

and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
