CITY OF "PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of April , 19 80 - The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmem_bers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The follow ng members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-284
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for an Off -sale Non -intoxicating Malt Liquor
License has been received from Tom Jarl of Bill's Superette at 3435
County Road 18 for consideration of approval by the Plymouth City Council,
in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that an Off -sale Non -intoxicating Malt Liquor License
be approved for Tom Jarl of Bill's Superette at 3435 County Road 18 for
a period to expire June 30, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider *and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof: yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
