Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nneso a was held o -n -The
21st day of April 19JEL. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Daven ort Hot Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-281
AGREEMENT ON INSTALLATION OF FLASHING BEACONS ADJACENT TO
SUNSET HILLS SCHOOL ON COUNTY ROAD 15
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of timer -
actuated flashing beacons on the "25 MPS school speed limit signs" on County
State Aid Highway No. 15 adjacent to Sunset Hills Elementary School within the
limits of the City, Hennepin County Project No. 8020, Agreement No. PW 02-17-80,
has been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA That said Agreement be in all things approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. PW 02-17-80, Hennepin County Project No. 8020.
