Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of April , 19 80 . The following members were
present: mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-268
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS 2ND ADDITION (A-681)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated March 27, 1978,
Enterprise Properties, developer of Schmidt Lake Woods 2nd Addition (A-681) has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That. the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $13,360 be further
reduced to $4,000 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter,
sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted as of April 7, 1980
for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .
