Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the CiMh Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
day of April , 19 80 The following member$ were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers avenpor Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: one
_ Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
FSOLUTION NO. 80-266
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
NATHAN TRAILS ADDITION (A-698)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated May 15, 1978, Meadow
Corporation, developer of Nathan Trails Addition (A-698), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $49,637 be further
reduced to $30,350 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are
accepted as of April 7, 1980 for continual maintenance subject to the one year
guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
