HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-263C Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth,tM n sota was held on the 7th day of April , 19 80 . The following members were present: -Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider . The following members were absent: None rnuncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-263 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MISSION PONDS 2ND ADDITION (A-338) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated December 3, 1979, Harry J. Jensen, General Partner, Mission Ponds 2nd Addition (A-338) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction (Private) Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning Erosion Control Site Grading Trail Improvements Design, Adm., Insp. TOTALS ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 31,000 $ 31,000 23,000 0 15,000 1,500 0 0 4,600 4,600 0 0 0 0 1,500 1,500 1,000 1,000 10,600 10,600 3,140 3,140 10,781 6,000 $ 100,621 $ 59,340 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $59,340 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
