Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of �lymouth, Minnesota was a on he

RESOLUTION NO. 80-262
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION HILLS PARK FTH ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 20,1978, Mission
Hills Park 5th Addition Partnership, developer of Mission Hills Park 5th Addition
(A-338) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $34,270 be further
reduced to $21,200 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are
accepted, as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year
guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnnnr ,and upon vote being taken thereon. the

Hoyt. Neils and Schneider

whereupon the Resolution was declared dul,
and adopted.
