The following members were present: Mavor Hunt,ounc ers venpori, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None oun.ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and move tom— si—option: RESOLUTION NO. 80-262 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MISSION HILLS PARK FTH ADDITION (A-338) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 20,1978, Mission Hills Park 5th Addition Partnership, developer of Mission Hills Park 5th Addition (A-338) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction S 41,600 $ 8,300 Sanitary Sewer 22,900 r Watermain 17,200 U Storm Sewer 6,800 0 Boulevard Sod 4,600 4,600 Pond or Ditch Construction 1,000 1,000 Street Signs 300 300 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,000 1,000 Erosion Control 1,000 1,000 Site Grading (Trail) 36,800 3,000 Design, Admn., Insp. 15,984 2,000 TOTALS S 149,184 $ 21,200 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $34,270 be further reduced to $21,200 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
