the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

�ouncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-256
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HADLEY PLACE (A-522)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 2, 1979, Hadley
Associates, Inc., developer of Hadley Place Addition (A-522), has agreed to
install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $109,948 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer (except
Project 921) are accepted, as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject
to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
