Cpunci)mealber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-254
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FERNDALE NORTH 3RD ADDITION (A-615)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated March 27, 1978,
Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc., developer of Ferndale North 3rd Addition (A-615),
have agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $61,410 be further reduced
to $15,000 to reflect the completed work
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter, and
watermain are accepted as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to
the one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pasSe3 and adopted*
