Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular �_ meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of April 19 80 . The following memheCS were

founcilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-251
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
DEERWOOD MEADOWS ADDITION (A-784)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 22, 1978,
Parklands Development, Developer of Deerwood Meadows Addition (A-784) has agreed
to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $34,385 be further reduced
to $12,600 to reflect the completed work
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter,
sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of April 7, 1980,
for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being tak n there n, the
following vote n fa or thereof: yor Hunt, Councilmember �avenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
