the City Council of the City Qf Plymouth, Miwesota was a on the

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-249
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BON)
CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDITION (A-498)
in .ic_cordance with the Development Contract, dated March 6, 1978, Lundgren
Bros. Construction, inc., leveloper of Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition (A-498), agreed
'o irlsf.ali certain improvements for said developient; and
AIHEREAS, the Developer has co.1pleted a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
I4HEREAS, the Developer has requested o reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE II RESOLVI-0 KY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $30,900 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction (except turn lane on Medicine
Lake Boulevard), concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm
sewer are accepted, as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the
one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hot Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: one .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
