The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, ounce Members�avenpor, Noyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: one ; Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: ^rSOLUTION NO. 80- 248 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CHIPPEWA TRAILS A:)lel rION (A-498) WHEREAS, in accordance witti the Development Contract, dated April 12, 1977, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., Developer of Chippewa Trail Addition (A-498), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the improvements, as noted helow, and has completed the final street surfacing; anti WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Pond to reflect the completed work and the City lids inspected this work and finds it to he acceptable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bondinU roquirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction S 29,700 $ 0 Sanitary Sewer System 20,700 0 Watermai n System 17,900 0 Storm Sewer System 16,000 0 Boulevard & Drainage Swale Sod 6,000 6,000 Pond or Ditch Construction n 0 Street Signs 750 0 Street Sweeping 2,000 2,000 Park Improvements 0 0 Site Grading 6,000 3,000 TOTALS $ 99,050 $ 11,000 That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $18,350 be further reduced reduced to $11,000 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hovt. Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
