the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on he

C,nuncilmeer Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 247
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CE:OAR PIOGE ADDITION (A-813)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the '?evelopnent Contract, dated July 24, 197R, B -T
Land Company, Developer of Cedar Ridge Addition, has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a ro,iuction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFIRE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding require:ient5 are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $91,215 be further
reduced to $90,315 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter
except 40th Place west of Harbor Lane is accepted, as of April 7, 1980, for continual
maintenance suhject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: --Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
