The following members were present: — ayor Hun ounce rtFvenPMt', Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following men ers were absent: one , C,nuncilmeer Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 247 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CE:OAR PIOGE ADDITION (A-813) WHEREAS, in accordance with the '?evelopnent Contract, dated July 24, 197R, B -T Land Company, Developer of Cedar Ridge Addition, has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a ro,iuction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter except 40th Place west of Harbor Lane is accepted, as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance suhject to the one year guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by' Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: --Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,rte* •� *,rir
