the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on he

present: Mayor Hunt Councl mem ers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider ,

�ouncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 246
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BONG
HURL OAKS 211D ADDITION (A-792)
WHI'RFAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 29, 1C)79, ;_[rndgren
Bros., Construction, Inc., -leveloper of Burl Oaks 2nd Addition (A-792), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said developnent; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; irwl
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of Lice Development Bond to reflect
the completed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE -0 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $80,315 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and stone sewer are
are accepted, as of April 7, 1930, for continual maintenance subject to the one
by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The ollowing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
