HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-246Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on he 7th day of A ril . 19 80 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt Councl mem ers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider , The followinq m ..ers were absent: one �ouncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 246 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BONG HURL OAKS 211D ADDITION (A-792) WHI'RFAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 29, 1C)79, ;_[rndgren Bros., Construction, Inc., -leveloper of Burl Oaks 2nd Addition (A-792), has agreed to install certain improvements for said developnent; and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; irwl WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of Lice Development Bond to reflect the completed work. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE -0 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUPIT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction ' $ 610,000 $ 55,920 Sanitary Sewer 52,390 0 Watermain 40,905 0 Storm Sower 10,145 0 Boulevard Sod 5,800 5,800 Pond or Ditch Construction n 0 Street Signs 450 450 Street Sweeping 3 Sto nn Sewer Cleaning 1,500 1,500 Erosion Control 1,000 1,000 Site Grading 22,000 2,200 Design, Admn., Insp., As-Builts 26,890 13,445 TOTALS $250,980 $ 80,315 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $80,315 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and stone sewer are are accepted, as of April 7, 1930, for continual maintenance subject to the one by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The ollowing voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
