HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-244CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of April , 19 80 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were aunt: None C up ncilmepber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-244 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND BIRCH BRIAR EAST (A-754) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated Decemher 19, 1977, Norman P. Jaines, developer of Birch Briar East (A-754), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping R Storm Sewer Cleaning Erosion Control Site Grading TOTALS ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 17,700 $ 0 6,525 0 5,082 0 0 0 1,000 1,000 0 0 150 150 1,000 1,000 1,000 1,000 0 0 $ 32,457 $ 3,150 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $3,150 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVFO that the street construction, cuncrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are ac,:epted, as of April 7, 1980, for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by; the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following wing vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hovt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
