Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
7th day of April , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmen ers_Dav_enpp- rt,_ Hit, Neils_ and Schneider .
The following members were a sent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80243
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 801
VICKSBURG LANE - CO. RD. 9 TO CO. RD. 47
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated March 31, 1980, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $21,946.22 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co.
for Project 801.
