Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of April , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None

Qnber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 242
RECEIVING PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - MEDICINE RIDGE ADDITION AND ADJACENT AREA
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the property owners requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in Medicine Ridge Addition
and adjacent area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Medicine Ridge Addition and
adjacent area filed with the City Council on April 7, 1980, is herewith
received.
2. The petition is not signed by 100% of the affected property owners and will
require public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
