Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 7th day of
April 19 80. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt,

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 80- 240
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 920
TURTLE LAKE AREA SANITARY SEVIER AND
JUNEAU LANE STREET AND UTILITIES
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken Project No. 920; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and temporary
easements are required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the interest
of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City
of Plymouth, for the City to acquire said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation
proceedings for Project No. 920 for the following described easements over the
following described parcels:
Parcel 16-118-22-14-8 description: The north 247.3 feet of the west 1/2
of SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 except road, section 16, T118, R22.
Easement description: A permanent street and utility easement across the
east 16.5 feet of the west 33 feet of the above described parcel.
A temporary slope easement across the east 10 feet of the west 43 feet of
the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-14-9 description: The south 247.3 feet of the north 494.6
ft. of the west 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 except road, section 16,
T118, R22.
Easement description: A permanent street and utility easement across the
east 16.5 feet of the west 33 feet of the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-14-10 description: The south 247.3 feet of the north
741.9 feet of the west 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 except road, section 16,
T118, R22.
Easement description: A permanent street and utility easement across the
east 16.5 feet of the west 33 feet of the above described parcel.

A temporary slope easement across the east 17 feet of the west 50 feet
of the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-14-11 description: The south 247.3 feet of the north 989.2
feet of the west 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 except road, section 16,

Easement description: A permanent street and utility easement across the
east 16.5 feet of the west 33 feet of the above described parcel.
A temporary slope easement across the east 50 feet of the west 83 feet of
the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-14-12 description: That part of the west 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of the NE 1/4 lying south of the north 989.2 feet thereof north of State
Highway #55 (now called County Road #9), section'16, T118, R22.
Easement description: A permanent street and utility easement across the
east 16.5 feet of the west 33 feet of the above described parcel.
A temporary slope easement across the east 30 feet of the west 63 feet of
the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-13-1 description: That part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
lying north of County Road #9 except road.
Easement description: A permanent street and utility easement across the
west 16.5 feet of the east 33 feet of the above described parcel.
A temporary slope easement across the west 27 feet of the east 60 feet of
the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-12-17 description: Lot 8, Block 2, Gordon's Oakview Hills
Addition.
Easement description: A temporary slope easement across the east 26 feet
of the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-12-18 description: Lot 9, Block 2, Gordon's Oakview Hills
Addition.
Easement description: A temporary slope easement across the east 52 feet
of the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-12-19 description: Outlot 1, Gordon's Oakview Hills Addition.
Easement description: A permanent street and utility easement across the east
27 feet of the above described parcel.
Parcel 16-118-22-11-1 descri tion: That part of the NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 lying
west of the east 264 fleet thereof and that part of the east 264 feet of the
NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 lying north of south 247.5 feet thereof except cartway,
