Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider , The following members were a sen one #RR RRR ### Cgiinrilmpm Pr Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOL1'T:31 NO. 80-236 RECEIVING RFPPnT tOR IMPROVEMENT FOR ADDENDUM TO 13iH AVE. STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 904 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution of the Council adopted June 12, 1978, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect to the improvement of 49th Avenue from the center of Section 12 to Zachary Lane; and WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on April 7, 1980; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file. 2. That this report be adopted as the guide for the construction of 49th Avenue and the utility systems presented therein. 3. That the revised alignment proposed therein be established by survey and acquisition of right-of-way and easements be initiated, together with necessary permits from the DNR and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. 4. That final plans be prepared for the construction of 49th Avenue so that grading and muck excavation can be initiated. Plans are also required for the permit application to the DNR and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. 5. That grading and murk excavation be completed prior to development taking place along the revised alignment and that local borrow areas be investigated and secured to avoid having to import borrow material from a distant source at considerably more cost. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rntjnrilmembe� Hoyt —, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt.
