The following members were present: Ma or Hunt, ounce mem ers venp rii, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: one Cguncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 230 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR GILBERT PETTIT (80007) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Gilbert Pettit, Resolution No. 80-229•, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of fees in lieu of park dedication prior to issuance of building permit in accordance with City policy in effect at the time. 3. Any and all additional REC (Residential Equivalent Charges) area and/or lateral charges be paid prior to building permit issuance. 4. Compliance with City Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum building elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open storm water facilities. 5. Development of Parcel B consistent with ordinance standards unless waived by the Board of Zoning Adjustments. 6. Dedication for Fernbrook Lane right-of-way be consistent with the requirements of the plat to the south. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted to favor thereof: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Ho t, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a op e
