Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, iM' nesota was held on the
7th day of April , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councimem ers avenpor1, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

Cquacilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 229
APPROVING SUBDIVISION VARIANCE FOR LOT DIVISION OF PLATTED LAND FOR GILBERT
PETTIT (80007)
WHEREAS, Gilbert Pettit has requested a division of an existing platted parcel
located at the southeast corner of 40th Avenue North and Fernbrook Lane within
the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called public
hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division of an
existing platted parcel, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the
necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division
is approved by Hennepin County:
Outlot 1, Berthiaume's Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, containing 28,710 square feet.
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
PARCEL A: The west 165.00 feet of Outlot 1, Berthiaume's Addition, according
to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject
to an easement for utility and drainage purposes over and across
the west 10 feet thereof, and over and across the south and east 6
feet thereof.
PARCEL B: Outlot 1, Berthiaume's Addition, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the west 165.00 feet
thereof. Subject to an easement for utility and drainage purposes
over and across the north 10 feet thereof, and over and across the
south, west and east 6 feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hot Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
