Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ire ullar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,inneh(� Minnesota was held on the
7th day of April 1980 . The following members were
present: _Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider ,
The following members were absent: one
Cnuncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80- 228
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR CECIL GRANDPREY, 2105-B
OAKVIEW LANE (80005)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Cecil Grandprey under
Resolution No. 80-227;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following condi-
tions to be met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum,
2. No variances with respect to building setbacks are granted or implied,
3. Payment of park dedication fees in lieu of dedication for one (1) lot
prior to filing division with Hennepin County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing lot division
with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Sauncilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t eF_reof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly—passed-and adopte
