HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-227CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the 7th day of April , 1980 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider , e following Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-227 APPROVING SUBDIVISION VARIANCE FOR LOT DIVISION FOR UNPLATTED LAND FOR CECIL GRANDPREY, 2105-B OAKVIEW LANE (80005) WHEREAS, Cecil Grandprey, 2105-B Oakview Lane has requested a subdivision variance for division of an unplatted lot into two parcels; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the subdivision variance for lot division for unplatted land for Cecil Grandprey, 2105-B Oak - view Lane, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The north 201.3 feet of the south 1006.5 feet of the west 324.6 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to easement for road over the easterly 30.00 feet thereof. To be divided into two new parcels as follows: PARCEL A: The north 95.00 feet of the south 1004.5 feet of the west 324.6 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to easement for road over the easterly 30.00 feet thereof. PARCEL B: The south 104.30 feet of the north 201.3 feet of the south 1004.5 feet of the west 324.60 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to easement for road over the easterly 30.00 feet thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
