Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
7th day of April , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .
The following members were absent: None

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-226
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR JUDITH S, GILSTER FOR THE PEPPER-
MINT FENCE NURSERY SCHOOL AT ST. PHILLIP THE DEACON LUTHERAN CHURCH (A-413)
WHEREAS, Judith B. Gilster has requested renewal of a conditional use permit
to allow the Peppermint Fence Nursery School at St, Phillip the Deacon Lutheran
Church located at 17205 County Road 6; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Judith
B. Gilster for the Peppermint Fence Nursery School at St, Phillip the Deacon
Lutheran Church located at 17205 County Road 6 subject to the following
conditions:
1. The loading and unloading area for the nursery school students should be
moved to the north area where it originally was away from the residential
area., or it may be left at the south end provided the parking area is
screened to 90 percent capacity per ordinance.
2. Playground equipment shall be stored and the playground area cleaned up.
3. The playground area shall be secured during the evening hours (subject to
Fire Marshall approval).
4. The permit shall be renewed in one (1) year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
