The following members were ' present:a or Hunt, Councilmembers avenpor�, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The fol lowingmembers were absent: None . *t* _Qmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-216 RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED PROJECT UNDER THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT WHEREAS, Union City Mission, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation (the "Company") has proposed that the City undertake and finance a proje^t under the Municipal Industrial Development Act Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 474 (the "Act"); and WHEREAS, the Act, as amended, requires that a public hearing on the proposed project be conducted by the Council before any action may be taken by it relative to the proposed project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth: 1. The Council shall meet at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 5, 1980 to conduct a public hearing on the proposed project requested by the Company and take whatever action in relation thereto as it deems appropriate. 2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to publish notice of the hearing in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A once in the official newspaper and once in the Minneapolis Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation in the City, not less than 15 days prior to May 5, 1980 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hovt, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a op e .
