Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon the
7th day of _ April , 19 80 . The following memhers were
present: Mayor Hunt, Coun_cilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider .

�ouncilmember Hovt introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80- 212
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR AMENDMENT TO ZACHARY HILLS RPUD PROPOSED BY MARVIN
H. ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (79045)
WHEREAS, Marvin H. Anderson Construction Company has requested approval of a
concept plan representing an amendment to approved plans for the Zachary Hills
RPUD 77-6 west of Zachary Lane and south of 49th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the matter at a duly called public
informational hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Marvin H.
Anderson Construction Company for a concept plan submitted as an amendment to
RPUD 77-6 west of Zachary Lane and south of 49th Avenue North subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum,
2. Preparation of a landscape plan including the proposed berms but
incorporating a variety of landscape material reflecting substantial
screening/buffering qualities such as year -around foliage, using
coniferous and deciduous plant material with dense foliage, and
conducive to sustained planting and clusters.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mavor Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avoreretTi- eo :-Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davennort
