and notice thereof. a regular meeting of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
April , 19 80 . The following members were
t. Councilmembers Daven20_11, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
Councilm mber Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-209
DUNKIRK LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
CO. NO. 47 TO SOO LINE RAILROAD - PROJECT NO. 003
WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted the 21st day of January, 1980 fixing a date
for a public hearino with respect to street improvements on Dunkirk Lane from
Co. Rd. 47 to Soo Line Railroad; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a two lane rural
roadway, including full grading, gravel base, drainage facilities and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the
7th day of April, 1980, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Council hereby determined not to undertake the improvement
proposed in the Council Resolution adopted January 21, 1980, and as contained
in the preliminary engineering report received the same date.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing vote n avor t hereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
