Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �sDecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,inM' nesota was held on the
24th day of March , 19gQ__. The following members were
present: Ma or Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils and Schneider
The following members were a sent: Councilmember Davenport
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 80-205
AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
FOR SHILOH AND GLEANLOCH NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS
WHEREAS, the approval of construction of Shiloh and Gleanloch Neighborhood Parks
in 1979 resulted in a negative balance to the Neighborhood Park Account of the
Park Dedication Fund in the amount of -$35,520.96;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the amount of $35,520.96 be transferred from the Public Works
Reserve Fund, Account No. 101-189-899, to the Neighborhood Parks Account of the
Park Dedication Fund, Account No. 205-000-371.03, for construction of Gleanloch
and Shiloh Neighborhood Parks.
'Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against orabstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
