Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held--5n—the

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-204
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has designated Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis,
Gardner, Inc. as the consultant for six community playfields known as Oakwood
Elementary, Plymouth Junior High School, LaCompte, Fernbrook Lane, Ridgemount
and Zachary Lane parks; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager was authorized to prepare an "Agreement for Engineering
Services" and such an agreement is attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the attached "Agreement between Owner and Engineer/Architect for
Professional Services" is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Manager
are hereby authorized to execute same with Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis,
Garnder, Inc. on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o ncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted in favor t ereo ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
