Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on t e

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #80- 200
RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE FOR THE YEAR
APRIL 1, 1980 THROUGH MARCH 31, 1981.
WHEREAS, the City has received proposals for its 1980-81 Workers' Compensation
Insurance prom, and
WHEREAS, these proposals have been reviewed by the City Manager and Finance
Director, and
WHEREAS, the proposal policy is a self-insurance plan to be administrated by
Employee Benefit Administration, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the policy limits the payment of claims by the City of Plymouth to $150,000
during the contract year, April 1, 1980 through March 31, 1981, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Contract for administration of the Citys' Workers' Compensation
plan be awarded to Employee Benefit Administration, Inc.
FURTHER, that Employee Benefit Administration, Inc. shall assist the City in securing
excess Workers' Compensation reinsurwâ–ºce in the amount as specified in the proposal
as submitted.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
