Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of March , 19 80. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Nei s, CouncilmeMberS Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: ayorun ounce meTTr Davenport
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 196
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
62ND AVENUE - MORRISONS LAKE VIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Lowry Hill Enterprises, Inc. has petitioned
the City Council for a vacation of the following street:
62nd Avenue from Hemlock Lane to Pike Lake, as platted in
Morrisons Lake View Addition
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same
tc be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 7, 1980
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule-
vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote beingg taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmember Hoyt
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
