Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth.innM" esota was held on the
17th day of March . 19 80 . The following members, were
present: acting Mayor Neils, Counci members Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 195
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
19TH AVENUE FROM EAST MEDICINE LAKE BLVD. TO KILMER LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the adjacent property owners have petitioned
the City Council for a vacation of the following street:
19th Avenue from the easterly right-of-way line of East Medicine
Lake Blvd. to the westerly right-of-way line of Kilmer Lane.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 7, 1980
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule-
vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc-*lmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
