HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-194Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on he 17th day of March, 19 80 . The following members were Present: in Mayor Neils Cour �Tmemberseot and Schneider The following members were absent ayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-194 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF OUTLOT B, FAZENDIN PARK, 5TH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Don D. Myron has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street: Outlot B. Fazendin Park, 5th Addition AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 7, 1980 at 7:30 p.m, in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule- vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by �ouncilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote In Tavor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider , The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted:
