Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,iM nnesota was-heldon the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-192
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PARK, 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Volp Construction Co. has petitioned the
City Council for a vacation of the following drainage and utility easement:
Six (6) feet on either side of the common lot line between
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Playhouse Industrial Park, 2nd Addition
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 7, 1980
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule-
vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers
