Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,innet esota as held on the
17th day of March , 19 80 . The following members were

Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-191
RECEIVING PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - CHELSEA WOODS AND CHELSEA MEWS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the Homeowners Association requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Chelsea Woods and
Chelsea Mews Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Chelsea Woods and Chelsea
Mews Addition by the installation of five (5) residential ornamental street
lights, filed with the City Council on March 17, 1980, is herewith received.
2. The petition is hereby referred tc the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor ereo ouncilmembers Hoyt and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passedand adopted.
