HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-189CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on LFie 17th day of March , 1980 . The following members were present: Actino Mavor_Neils, Councilastbers Hoyt and Schneider The following members were absent: _tiavar Hunt. Councilmember avenport rtt rr� rit Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 189 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND KAPLE CREEK `110 ADDITION (A-350) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated July 10, 1978, North- land 11orteage Company, developer of Maple Creek 2nd Addition (A-350), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction S100,nO0 $50,000 Sanitary Sewer 100,000 0 Watermain 73,000 0 Storm Sewer 35,000 0 Boulevard Sod 20,000 20,000 Pond or Ditch Construction 28,000 4,000 Street Signs 1,200 1,200 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 2,000 Erosion Control 2,000 2,000 Site Grading 120,000 0 TOTALS $486,200 $79,200 That the letter of credit be reduced to $79,200 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted as of March 17, 1980 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
