Pursuant to due tail and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17iday of March , 19 80. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Ho t and Schneider
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember avenport
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-187
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
EVONNES LAKEVIEW ADDITION (A-819)
WHEREAS, in accordance with th3 Development Contract, dated May 21, 1979, Edward
T. Johnston, developer of Evonnes Lakeview Addition (A-819), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit be
reduced to $40,746 to reflect
the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that
the sanitary sewer, watermain
and storm sewer are
accepted as of March 17, 1980 for continual maintenance
subject to the one year
guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption
of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt
, and upon vote being taken thereon. the
