Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reg lar - meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of March , 19 80. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils, ounce members Tibyt and Schneider

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESO1 1.)TI ON NO. 80-186
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated February 29, 1980 for Nodland
Associates, Inc., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $35,373.65 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for
Project 908.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: cting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
