Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
17th day of March , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport
CouncilmembeT Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 183
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR 1980 DISEASED TREE HAULING
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and bids received until February 15, 1980
for 1980 Diseased Tree Hauling, and
WHEREAS, bids were received and tabulated by the staff, and
WHEREAS, based upon analysis of the bids submitted and previous work experience
with the contractor, Green Acres Tree Service appears to be the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should and hereby does award the contract to Green Acres Tree Service
for 1980 Diseased Tree Hauling in an amount not to exceed a total of $35,000.00
for the calendar year 1980, and further that funding for this contract shall
be drawn from Account No. 206-206-810.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Actine Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt
d Schneider
