The following members were present:` tc i`ng Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider The following members were absent:_Mayor Hunt, Council member t Davenport Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 80-177 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR EVERGREEN DEVELOPMENT CURPORATION FOR "PLYMOUTH CREEK" RPUD AT THE SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF VICKSBURG LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (79006) WHEREAS, Evergreen Development Corporation has requested approval of a preliminary plat for "Plymouth Creek" RPUD Outlot A for 122 townhouse units on 27.4 acres located generally at the southeast quadrant of the intersection of County Road 9 and Vicksburg Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly called public hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Ever- green Development Corporation for preliminary plat of "Plymouth Creek" RPUD Outlot A for 122 townhouse units on 27.4 acres located generally at the south- east quadrant of the intersection of County Road 9 and Vicksburg Lane subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Street naming to be per City Policy. 3. Park dedication and payment in -lieu of dedication shall be in accordance with Resolution #78-661 and current City Park Dedication Policy at the time of final platting. 4. Compliance with provisions of Section 6 of the Zoning Ordinance relative to subdivision and developments in the general flood plain district. 5. Removal of all dead or diseased trees at the owner's expense. 6. Detailed plans shall be submitted relative to the improvements of the west open area. 7. Detailed plans shall be submitted as to internal trail linkages with public trail corridors. Resolution N 80-177 Page Z 8. The north -south collector trail shall be designated as an outlot, with the initial final plat; dedication and improvements thereto Shall be carried forward with the development contracts as completion of the west areas is final platted. 9. Outlot B, Plymouth Hills Addition, and Outlot A, Plymouth Hills Addition, shall be replatted with the initial final plat and reflect necessary re- alignments in Outlot B as approved by the City Engineer. 10. Drainage and grading design shall be consistent with the approved environ- mental assessment worksheet, for the area as verified by the City Engineer, 11. Totlots shall be established on the south side of the development with the development of that area.
