Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a renular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
the _3rd day of March , 1980. The following members
were present: tiayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

tiayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 30-173
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER AN ORDER
WITH RESPECT TO A HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS
BUILDING LOCATED AT 1465 KINGSVIEW LANE.
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector of the City of Plymouth has made a
written report to the Council relative to the condition of the
building located at 1465 Kingsview, Lane in the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, in said report the Building Inspector has recommended that
proceedings be commenced for the repair of said building or, in the
alternative, for its razing and removal, all pursuant to Sections
463.15 et seq. of Minnesota Statutes.
WHEREAS, said report has been examined and considered by the Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and the City Manager be authorized and
directed to enter an Order, a copy of which is attached
as: Exhibit "A" to the owners of the property located
at 1465 K ngsview lane, City of Plymouth, Minnesota, as
provided by the provisions of Sections 463.15 et seq.
of Minnesota Statutes.

2. That the City Attorney is authorized and directed to
cause such order to be served upon the owners of record
of said premises, or their agents, upon any occupants
therein and upon all, lien holders of record and to
proceed with 'the enforcement of said Order as provided
by Minnesota Statutes.
