Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the Cit yy of Plymouth, in esota was a on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-172
PROJECT NO. 002
SEGMENT 1 - VICKSBURG LANE IMPROVEMENT
APPROVING ALIGNMENT SHIFT AND MEDIAN CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Resolution ordering Segment 1 of the
Vicksburg Lane improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the preparation of the plans for the improvement were to consider an
alternate for moving the roadway to the west at north end of the project and
the cost of medians as proposed for each intersection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The twenty foot alignment shift to the west is approved at the north
end of the project.
2. Medians as proposed at the intersection of Highway 55, 31st Avenue and
Medina Road are approved and the median at 28th Avenue shall be deleted.
3. That the plans shall be prepared with these changes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
