Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held —on --Me— e 3rd day of

RESOLUTION NO. 80-169
AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
PROJECT NO. 925
CRITERION M.P.U.D. AREA SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, the City has undertaken Project No. 925; and
WHEREAS, in order to construct the improvements certain permanent and temporary
easements are required; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary, proper and expedient in the interest
of the public health, convenience and general welfare of the citizens of the City
of Plymouth, for the City to acquire said easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation
proceedings for Project No. 925 for the following described easements over the
following described parcel:
DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL:
That part of the North half of the North half of the Northwest quarter of Section
22, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as beginning at
the Southeast corner of Edman Addition; thence North to the Southeast corner of
Lot 1, Block 1, Edman Addition: thence East, parallel with the North line of said
Northwest quarter 270 feet; thence North parallel with the West line thereof 120
feet; thence East parallel with said North line 231.20 feet; thence North 100 feet
to the North line of said Northwest quarter; thence East along said North line to
the Westerly line of Interstate Highway No. 494; thence Southwesterly along said
Highway to the South line of the North half of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of Section 22; thence Westerly along said South line to the point of
beginning.
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A perpetual easement 20 feet in width for sanitary sewer purposes and a temporary
construction easement 120 feet in width over, under and across the above described
property: The common centerline of said easement being described as commencing at
the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 22, Township 11, Range
22, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence on an assumed bearing of South 899 55' 32"
East along the North line of said Northwest quarter 1219.42 feet to the actual
point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence South 00 04' 28" West
40 feet; thence South 180 08' 19" West 120.17 feet; thence South 400 14' 33" West
120.17 feet; thence South 580 18' 24" West 525 feet and there terminating.

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT:
A perpetual easement 30 feet in width for storm sewer purposes over, under and
across the above described property: The centerline of said easement being
described as commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest quarter of
Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence on an
assumed bearing of South 890 55' 32" East along the North line of said Northwest
quarter 1527.81 feet to the point of beginninq of the centerline to be described;
thence South 360 59' 40" East 101.76 feet to a point 15 feet Westerly from the
West line of Interstate Highway No. 494, said 15 feet being measured at right
angles to said West line; thence South 150 56' 13" West and parallel with said
West line of Interstate Highway No. 494 a distance of 365.49 feet and there
terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
