Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on tthe
3rd day of March , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Cn�inr.ilmpmber Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 168
AUTHORIZATION TO EXECUTE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PROJECT NO. 914 - 16TH AVE. IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth under Project No. 914 (16th Avenue Improvement) is
proposing to construct watermain and sanitary sewer on the Chicago and North-
western Transportation Co. right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have an executed license agreement with said rail-
road for said utilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to execute the license agree-
ment with the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Co. for the construction
and operation of watermain and sanitary sewer on the railroad's right-of-way.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any cost of said license agreement be charged to
the project fund for Project No. 914.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in -favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,

The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly --passed ana adopted.
