Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of March , 19 80 . The following membersre
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers avenpo�, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider.

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-164
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1979 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment NO. 7, dated January 31, 1980, for Hardrives, Inc.
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $74,293.44 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1979 Street
Surfacing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote bein9� taken thereon. the
