Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 80-160
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 6, dated February 22, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $72,042.24 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote.being taken thereon, the
following vot n favor t reoMayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hut. Neils and Schneider ,
The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
