the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
3rd day of March , 19 80. The following member$ were
present: Mayor Hunt,ounce mem ers avenpori, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 159
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following changes:
1. Lower sanitary sewer on Pineview Lane at 54th Avenue,
2. Add additional muck excavation and common borrow,
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Project 806 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 806 by adding $85,651.99 is approved
and that the existing contract price of $915,416.85 is revised to $1,001,168.84.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
